At House of WIGS our primary focus is customer satisfaction and high quality hair. We will do our absolute best to ensure your order matches your reasonable expectations. Please remember that our hair is 100% virgin human hair or raw virgin human hair and some individual wigs have been customized and/or colored so slight variations may be present.
We do not allow Refunds
We accept exchange(s) of wigs maintained in their original condition within 7 calendar days for ONLINE purchases of original purchase date. Any request after 7 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
We accept exchange(s) of wigs maintained in their original condition within 3 calendar days for IN STORE purchases of original purchase date. Any request after 3 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
To return your product, you MUST contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process
Sale & Discounted Products
No exchanges are permitted on discounted products and items purchased on sale. Returns or exchanges for any prize or promotional giveaways are not permitted. Any purchases made using a promotional code or any other discounting method provided may be exchanged within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Additional non-returnable items:
- All accessories are final sale. We do not accept exchanges or refunds.
- Gift cards
- Specific health and personal care items
- Sale or discounted items
- Certain Custom Made Wigs (see section below)
Returns ( inspection)
All hair orders are inspected before shipping. At the time when you are in initial possession of your wig, we require that you use a wig cap (included) to try on your wig for fitting purposes. Keep the unit in its original condition and all original packaging in place. If your wig does not fit as expected and you have no experience with cutting ear tabs please keep the exchange policy in mind.
If the lace has been cut and/or the hair has been combed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, installed or alternated in any way, we cannot accept your return for exchange.
Please return all items included in your order in your return package, including your original invoice. To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return- Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, we will issue an electronic store credit to the amount of the purchase minus any restocking fee or return shipping fee if necessary.
All exchanges will be subject to a 45% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Ownership of packages turned over to shipping carriers transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from shipping carriers along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by shipping carriers. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.
Custom Made or Custom Ordered Items:
Cancellations/Returns - Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, your orders can't be modified, cancelled or returned. No returns or exchanges can be accepted on Items that are custom made, ordered, custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom design or request.
Color Matching- We will do our absolute best to ensure your order matches your exact expectations. We cannot guarantee that the color of the wig you order will be an exact match of submitted photos or request. Please remember each wig is hand colored and thus not done by a machine so there will be variations.
If you are not satisfied with your custom order we will make a second attempt out of courtesy and value for out customers to re-color or in limited instances re-create your custom order.
Product Specifications- On the custom draft order review invoice, you will have a chance to review your design choices for the specifications of your wig order and contact us to make changes before you purchase. This is very important because a customized product cannot be returned and your purchase is non-refundable. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT before you proceed to purchase.If you want to make a correction or just change things up, you can do so before you purchase by contacting us at email@example.com. Once you are satisfied, remember to review your changes carefully.
Delivery- You will receive an estimated time frame of when you should receive your wig. We will do our very best to delivery all orders within such time frame however when there is delay in delivery of any goods, the Buyer is NOT entitled to claim any damages. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your order. Please make your order in advance to avoid issues with deadlines and special dates. We ship all luxury wig orders with 2 - 3 day shipment to help get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Wig Care Services
The House of Wigs services are provided subject to you, (“Customer”). Compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following agreement carefully.
We only service wigs created by The House of Wigs.
“Customer” use of any of The House of Wigs services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. This agreement is strictly between The House of Wigs and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of The House of Wigs services, and for the mutual benefit of both The House of Wigs and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
The House of Wigs will exercise utmost reasonable care in cleaning and servicing wigs entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual item. However, House of Wigs cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in lace that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In cleaning and servicing we can not guarantee against color loss or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. We cannot guarantee the complete removal glue in fabric. We cannot be responsible nor can we guarantee the results of processing wigs that have been pre-treated by our customer. The House of Wigs accepts no liability for damage and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with industry standards.In no event will The House of Wigs be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not The House of Wigs knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. The House of Wigs disclaims all warranties express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement.

For your convenience shipping cost to you are included in the package price.
Every wig sent in is carefully inspected and evaluated upon arrival.We will not take responsibility for any alleged damage done to wig when servicing.
