In House VIP Support Services Fee
Regular price $500.00SUPPORT SERVICES: Unless otherwise specified in the invoice, the following terms apply to “In House VIP Support Services”.
The hourly rate of $500 will be based on the arrival time to the designated In-House location, where the Support Services are provided. All time expended on the Support Services, In-House or at the Customer’s premises, shall be chargeable by the In House VIP Support Services Fee. Mileage will be included for the In House VIP Support Services Fee. For all on-site visits, our wig specialist will provide a wig consultation and a limited shopping experience where the client will be introduced to products, try on products, and given the opportunity to order or purchase products directly.
In House VIP Support Service is invoiced before service, with payment due the day before the service, and does not include or apply to costs related to wigs or other products or custom orders, and/or other product or services. The In House VIP Support Services Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT, be applied towards your purchase. All requests to change a scheduled appointment to a different date or time, for on-site support must be made at least one (1) complete business day in advance.
During onsite services, the Customer is responsible for providing a clean and safe work environment for the In-House Wig Specialist. Subject to any limitations, each Party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from and against all claims, damages, losses, and actions, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of damages or liabilities for bodily injury, including death, or damage to property, caused by a negligent act, strict liability, breach of contract, error, or omission of the said Party or any of its agents, subcontractors, or employees arising from the sale of products and/or services in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
