House of Wigs is best known for our wide array of customized options. Find or custom design your dream wig with your own unique style by adding customizable options for length, color, and other alterations.

SUPPORT SERVICES: Unless otherwise specified in the invoice, the following terms apply to “Personalized Wig Consultation”. 

The non-refundable $100 fee is based on Support Services provided in the Personalized Wig Consultation.

Our wig specialist will provide a wig consultation and a limited shopping experience where the client will be introduced and informed regarding wigs, introduced to products, permitted to try on wigs and products, and given the opportunity to order or purchase directly. 

The Personalized Wig Consultation Fee is invoiced before service, with payment due before the service, and does not include or apply to costs related to wigs or other products or custom orders, and/or other products or services. The Personalized Wig Consultation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT, be applied towards your purchase. 

We will honor requests to change a scheduled appointment to a different date or time when made at least one (1) complete business day in advance.  

During services, Subject to any limitations, each Party shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party from and against all claims, damages, losses, and actions, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of damages or liabilities for bodily injury, including death, or damage to property, caused by a negligent act, strict liability, breach of contract, error, or omission of the said Party or any of its agents, subcontractors, or employees arising from the sale of products and/or services in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
